  My family and I have been with Kevin Wall since I turned 16. I'll be 25 in a few weeks. Any time there has been an issue, he tells me and my family "call the 800 number" or "Yeah, you're going to want to deal with the other person's insurance directly"...he does nothing but collect your money. I got my first speeding ticket a year ago (going 7 miles over the speed limit up in Washington) and my insurance went up $54/month. (from $114 to $168.) I've never been in an accident that I was at fault for. A couple weeks ago an elderly lady hit me, her insurance accepted fault and is taking care of everything... This month my insurance went up another $4 to $172/month. Kevin is never any help and will ding you for anything possible. I'd literally be better off not to have insurance and just save that money for a time if I'm ever at fault for an accident. Shopping for new insurance today.
